Welcome The Gateway Temple City

California Pacific Group Regional Center thoroughly evaluates each capital investment project for financial viability and economic and job creation impact. CPG-RC will identify and oversee approved capital investment projects. The immigrant investor will invest directly into the qualifying enterprise. We target projects that are in the economic sectors of retail shopping centers, hotels, convention, apartments, and offices.

The Gateway Temple City, a project inspired by the U.S. Government and President Obama, is the primary project of interest for CPG-RC at this time. According to the Economic Impact Study by ADE, The Gateway Temple City will create nearly 540 direct and indirect jobs. Therefore, the investor can invest into the project with confidence that they will pass USCIS review in 2 years. The project is in the thriving center of Los Angeles with a high population density mix primarily dominated by Asians, Latinos, and Caucasians.

California attracts the most immigrants annually across the nation, representing one-third of the nation’s immigrants. Surrounded by more than 400 golf courses and 1,000 lakes, Southern California is known for warm, temperate weather with more than 320 days clear skies per year. Its thriving high-tech industry, excellent living environment, education and healthcare system attract lots of migration from all over the world and people from all other U.S. states.
